provides latest strategy update for ISI's free, time-tested, market-beating, basic mathematical model. This model, called W2040, is an easy to understand and manage objective model.  It's an illustration of how a disciplined risk-adjusted approach to stock market allocation can outperform the benchmark stock market index, and with reduced risk.  As of 7/3/2008, this basic model has outperformed its benchmark by 3.55x over the 108+ year period from inception in January 1900.  For the current market cycle from March 2000, W2040 has also outperformed the stock market benchmark.  Update includes the latest allocation for ISI's W2040 Model and easy to follow guidelines.
